1 cup strawberries -chopped
1 / 2 banana - cut into small pieces
1 cup low fat level greek-style yogurt
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Put in a bowl of yogurt and cinnamon together. Add fruit and mix well.
To serve: Serve in pastry shells prepared pasta sauce and sprinkle with a little hot chocolate dessert for a quick and easy.

2 cups blueberries
1 cup melon - diced
1 / 2 cup chayote squash - diced
1 / 4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Mixed salad greens
- In a bowl, combine fruit, pumpkin, cheese and lemon zest. Mix well.
To serve: mixed fruit salad recipe with hot bread sticks or whole wheat buns.

Creamy Berry Dessert

1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh mint - chopped
2 peaches - cut in half and pit removed
Honey - as desired
- Put the berries in a bowl and garnish with a little 'honey and gently mix everything.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and fresh mint and mix well.
To serve: Place the peach halves on serving plates. Then reserve the berries draw in peach halves, some for garnish. Then on top ofBerries with yogurt mixture and garnish each portion with reserved berries and drizzle a little honey over the top.

Raspberry parfait, pear
Serves 2
1 cup raspberries
1 cup of pears - chopped
3 / 4 cup - Ricotta
1 / 2 teaspoon - vanilla extract
1 / 4 tsp - cinnamon
1 / 2 cup cinnamon crackers - broken
1 tablespoon - sliced almonds
- In a small bowl, stir together the ricotta and vanilla extractCinnamon until well combined.
To serve: Take 2 tall glasses (parfait or wine or whatever you have) and level ingredients. Place a few raspberries and pear pieces in the bottom of the glasses, then some of the ricotta mixture then some crushed Graham crackers. Keep layering in this manner until all ingredients. Top each parfait with the almonds and enjoy.
Ingredient Exchange: Instead of vanilla extract, lemon extract or try almond extract.
