Dessert and fruit cocktail Oven Fried Chicken

Oven Fried Chicken:

1 stick of butter or margarine
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons water
2 1 / 2 to 3 pounds frying chicken, cut
1 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 and 1 / 4 cups potato flakes
1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon onion salt (optional)
1 / 2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Butter a shallow 9 x 13 baking pan. In a separate bowlCombine eggs and water at hand
Mix potato flakes, cheese and spices together. chicken pieces in egg mixture Dip, roll in potato flakes
Cheese mixture. Place skin side down in melted butter, turn skin side up and bake at 400 degrees
for 40 to 60 minutes.

This recipe was given to me by my cousin, Charlotte Dunham. So simple and delicious.

Fruit Cocktail Dessert:

2 medium-size cans of fruit cocktail

1 or 2 cups choppedCoconut

A container mounted half frozen topping (thawed)

(Optional) 02.01 cup of chopped pecans, 1 / 2 cup raisins

drained fruit cocktail in the medium bowl, add coconut, walnuts and raisins, stir.
Add thawed mounted topping, mix. Cover and allow to cool before serving.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.

This recipe was me by my grandmother, Ora May Rozzel if I have a very young mother was given.
My kids always loved it whenwere small. Thanks Grandma, I miss you.
