In a smallBowl, cream together the butter and honey. Then add the flour and mix well. Add the vanilla and your choice of chocolate. Once this is mixed, you can eat immediately or store in the fridge for a while '.
Coffee Cup Cake
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons sugar
Three tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons milk
2 drops vanilla extract
1 egg
In a large cup of coffee, mix the flour, cocoa powder and sugar. Place in a bowl, mix well and oil, milk,Vanilla sugar and eggs. Pour the mixture into the wet cup of coffee and mix until all ingredients are moistened. Pop in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (you may need to adjust the time accordingly). The cake will rise over the edge of the cup during cooking, fine. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Great with a dollop of whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar!
