Pear Muffins
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Portions results: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
Canola oil
2 cups flour increases

New York-Style Cheese
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Serves: 12 individual portions (recipe is for a whole cheesecake)
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups ricotta cheese
3 ounces light cream cheese or low fat
½ cup sour cream
An egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
03:02 Cup Splenda
3 tsbp lemonJuice (preferably fresh)
3 tablespoons flour
To garnish: Your favorite berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries) and icing sugar.
Procedures:
Line your muffin pan with paper muffin cups. Pre-oven to 350 degrees F.
Soften cream cheese and combine with ricotta in a food processor. Add the cream, egg, vanilla sugar, lemon juice (and lust), flour and Splenda. Make sure mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into individual muffinsHoles.
Place the muffin pan in a larger pot with hot water. The hot water needs up to one third or halfway up the sides of the tray of muffins come. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes.

3 tablespoons cocoa powder Mix (not hot chocolate mix)

8 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water (or 1 cup of skim milk, if preferred)
Procedure:
Sift flour, baking powder, sucralose, salt and powdered hot chocolate together. Add the remaining ingredients wet. Mix well. Pour into an 8-inch round baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees C for 30 minutes. Cool and preferred seasoning.
Note: Instead of frosting, you can use English Devonshire cream. Spoon a few tablespoons in> Dessert plate, enough for sitting on a piece of cake. Also, if you have left over slivered almonds or chopped walnuts, you can throw in the dough.
